Elisabeth Heimers, 1953
Trained as a tax consultant, she had been a newcomer to winemaking.
However over the years she has become the heart of the winery. Firstly, as motor that runs the business side of the winery. Secondly, as an excellent masterchef for our guests with her delicacies of the house.
Her hobby is tennis. She also has a passion for collecting art nouveau tiles of Offstein.
